Bleeding 3 Weeks After A C Section

I had my second c-section three weeks ago, and in the last week, my bleeding has turned into mucus-like browny-red discharge which itches and burns. I am going to call my gynecologist, but does anyone know if this is considered dangerous? I am very nervous that my uterus will have to be removed from what I have read online... PLEASE HELP

i had a c section about a month ago and the brown discharge is ok all that means is your about to stop the bleeding completely but the burning part mite be a yeast infection id get check out though
