Bleeding Cramping Dilated And At 40 When

I am 35 and 3 days, I had my appendix removed about four weeks ago. I am now dilated to a big three and 40% efaced. I had my exam yesterday morning and yesterday evening i began to cramp and bleed, the bleeding was not a lot and then slowed. I have been dropping yellowish-greenish mucus plug for about two weeks and now it is blood tinged. Does this mean the baby will be coming soon?

Is there a nurse or mid wife out there that can answer, or someone who has maybe been through the same thing.

i bled after my first exam, and that was a week and a half ago, no baby yet and i have also had a lot of that greenish-yellow MP u were talking about 4 about 4 weeks now. I am dilated to a 2-3 and 50%. It seems like its never going to happen on its own. She might be coming for you soon but it seems like it would be a bit early if she did. Hopefully your baby can hold out for a week or more. Atleast until 37 weeks. So u wont have to leave him/her in the hospital. Atleast u prolly wont have to be late!

You ladies have me wondering how soon mine will come I have all the same signs as you do I am dilated to 2 and 50% effaced and same mucus show. I wonder how long all of you make it I am at 33 weeks. I also am on meds to stop the labor. I hope jenny can wait a little longer so the baby has more time to develop. Well hope you ladies have your babys when they are supposed to be here.
