I am 37 weeks, 1cm dilated 50% effaced. Today I have dull lower back pain and slightly yellowish discharge, not too much but it has a yeasty odor. Im concerned that if I deliver soon I might pa__s on a yeast infection to the baby known as thrush. Does anyone know how to avoid this?

I would say go to the dr and they can give you medicine to get rid of it I think.

I am 34 weeks pregnant, and I work anywhere from 56-65 hours a week. My job is walking and standing pretty much all day long. I feel like I might be having come contractions, but nothing major. With my first child I did not work after 5 months, so this is kind of new to me. I was just wondering if the walking, could help put me in labor early. I don't start getting checked out until I am 36 wks so I don't know if I have started dilating yet, my first daughter was 8 lbs 14 oz I only carried her 2 days over. I am thinking this baby will be big too.
