I am with you. I also had some nausea but nothing came out. I have had realy bad period pains, contractions hardly any sleep since last Wednesday. I am now nearly 39 weeks. Have doctors appointment later today. I am going to ask my doc if he can see if things are starting to happen and if he can sweap my membranes. He told me from very early in the pregnancy that I would probably not carry past 36 weeks because the baby is lying very low with his head down. He is now engaged for over 2 and half weeks already. So I am hoping that things start happening really soon.

i caqnt work out if my waters have broken either!
all thru this pregnancy i have had a lot of discharge and leaking urine a bit. at one point i thought my waters had broken, went to hospital and it of course hadent.
it wasnt a pleasent experience and i really dont want to go tru this again. i have been sitting on the sofa with my feet tucked under me for about 10 mins now. and since then i have felt 3 'drops' leaking.

If your waters have broken you will probably go into labour in the next 48 hours. I think you should put on a pad and see what happens. It might just be a lot of discharge or if your bladder is full maybe some urine leaking. I have had that. You should be getting contractions as well maybe in a couple of hours if your waters did break.
