How Long Can I Be Stuck At 4cm

i know you can be stuck 1-3 for awhile but what about 4?

well.. i've been 4cm since tuesday. got checked at the hospital b/c i was having contractions. i haven't had any since! :sigh: the doctor asked how much i had BDed, to which i told her about 5 times that day. LOL she said that i was having contractions b/c of all the s_x... and to cut it out. HAH! but at least i got to 4cm.
