Could someone tell me when it is too early to try and go into labor..It is my first child and I am dying to get her out of me..I am currently 36 weeks and 2 days...I just want it to hurry and happen.

I think you are safer to wait until no earlier than 37 weeks.....my doctor won't induce before 39 weeks unless there is a life threatening condition - just try to hang in there

Thanks..I am trying

cors1wfe is right... 37 weeks is considered 'full term' so thats the earliest I would start trying anything. trust me Im 36 weeks today and Im dyeing to get this baby out lol so I know how you feel but try to hang in there at least another week. good luck hon :)

Hi there, dont know if anyone answered u yet, baby can function on his/her own outside the womb at 37 weeks, so just be patient she will come when she is ready.

I would wait just a little longer. I had my son at 36 weeks and he spent a week in the nicu.
