Irritable Uterus Amp Mucus

Hi, ive been told that i have an irritable uterus. I get frequent tightnings all day long, with the average days around 30. They are not overly painful but can get sore at times. What i want to know is if anyone else gets them and when you get them do you leak alot of mucus? Sorry if it is TMI, but it looks like semen and there hasn't been any of that for a while now!! Plz help me.

uterus becomes irritable for a variety of reasons- herbs acupucture, naturopath can all help reasons why mucus is building up in uterus- stop drinking coffee for awhile- research herbs and see a specialist if you can- drink teas that promote uterine health- keep it simple- do forward bend yoga positions.

I am having the same issues! I was diagnosed with an irritable uterus and have had tightening since week 28!! I have already dilated to 2cm and 50% effaced at 34 weeks! But mucous for me has been hell it has been very very heavy and this is my third pregnancy and the first one I have had to wear a panty liner.
