I am 33 weeks pregnant and I am scared that I am not gonna know when i am in labor. Especially if my water doesn't break. Can anybody give me any suggestions on how I will know for sure.

oh you will just know, trust me..my water didnt break and i knew what was happening when i was woken up at 4am with the first contraction

i havent gone into labor yet but i have had lots of BH contractions. I have been told that the real one will come stronger and longer than Bh so after you have felt your first Bh you should be able to tell the difference between the two when labor actually happens. and if you are unsure you can always make a trip to the hospital you wouldn't be the first woman to go in thinking they might be in labor but it was false
