Its been 23 years since my last pregnancy, my daughter is due in 4 days. She lost her mucos plug yesterday and tonight she says the baby is really moving alot. Alot to where I believe it scared her because the babys never done that before. Is this normal?

I wouldn't worry unless there was blood along with it. But if it really is a concern for her then just call up her dr or MW.
