HI, FOR LIKE ALMOST 2 WEEKS OR A LITTLE MORE THAN A WEEK IVE BEEN HAVING MENSTRUAL LIKE CRAMPS, I FEEL LIKE IM ABOUT TO GET MY PERIOD, IM 39 WEEKS PREGNANT AND KNOW THAT A WEEK AND A HALF AGO I WAS JUST 1CM DIALATED. IS THIS NORMAL?

My labor pains started out feeling just like cramps.

yer is one of the first usual signs of labour im 39 wk and have been doing the same thing but im also getting very strong braxtion hicks too ,im 2cm so it could be any time for us both and yes its very normal so good luck hope u have ur baby soon let me know im due 16th wen u due ? luv kez

i have them too and i dont have the braxton hicks, but i'm only 1cm dialated and i'm due in 6 days, i hope soon she comes out. good luck to u all

I am also 39 weeks and only one cm dialated. I have been feeling like I am on my period on and off especially all day today.

I am actually due today and I've been having some heavy cramps.Unfortunately they are not consistant.I guess it is nothing unusual.

i am due today too. I have been having cramps for about a week but it aint consistant either. I go to the doc tomorrow. Hopefully i have dialated more.
