Hi, I'm also pregnant with my fifth baby. My midwife and I were doing my birth plan last week, and I suggested that I just go to birth center to have baby, and she said that because this is my 5th it'll be safer to be in hospital as I could haemerridge???. I know I did a bit with my 3rd, my 4th wasn't too bad. But yeah they say the more you have the more you bleed.

Thanks Dionne....congrats! you are brave too...have you had a homebirth? I had number 4 at home. My hubby was the midwife. It was so good! I haven't bled with any...quick easy births.I trust my body, and I believe I can control bleeding if I happened to.What do you think my chances are? I had the injection in the fridge last time just in case, and will again.Take care...

hi. i'm pregnant with my 5thand 6th at the moment and i've never heard about bleeding after 4 or 5. i have friends with 10 plus kids and they're all fine and working on more. (really!) but in my opinion , having a baby is always safer in hospital. good luck!

Jenn95....wow, your message gave me a warm fuzzy!! 10 kids and work'n on more!!That is sooo neat. Are you all in Australia? Does Home Schooling gel with you? We are homeschoolers and love it...I will stay with the Homebirth tho thanks anyway, I have proved it, and you don't understand till you do it...birth was never meant to be a medical procedure...you must be so happy having twins..well done...thanks again..

i live in israel and in the religous community it is normal to have bunches of kids. i'm apparently not going fast enough- my friends who married the same time as me already have 7 or 8! you are in australia? and you homeschool? any specific reason? isn't taht neat that everybody's in different places all over the world and we can still talk?!

Jenn95...it is neat..it is so good that support is so easy to find these days.Yes we are in Aussie, and we Homeschool because we love having our kids around us, and having an active part in their education. We are their parents, their teachers, their instructers, their nurturers, their comforters ect..no conflicting ideas,my hubby and I are a team doing this together..it's great.. So, how long have you been marrried? I wonder if you would say what Religion you belong to? I would love to learn more or your custom, culture and way of life!!! We live on and own a cattle farm in NSW Aussie. We are just going into spring and the weather is lovely and warm. Are in in a safe place in Israel? Please tell me more about you, I really am interested...we could learn so much from each other...take care...

Hi Soon to be, I am currently almost 37 weeks with #6. Number 5 didn't bleed any more than rest and I haven't been told anything about a higher risk of a major bleed after delivery. Iam sure you know that b___stfeeding as soon as possible after delivery helps with bleeding too...so maybe thats the key?

jenn95 - September 14

hey soontobe! i thought maybe you went to have the baby! wow, we are so similar!!! our kids are the same ages, we are too. my friend who lives in australia is from tasmania then she lived in israel and now in sydney i think. we live in a city but everything depends on how you look at it, it's a city compared to you, but i'm originally from new york so nothing here is as big as there. sounds fun, the whole farm/cow thing, but it's probably hard work. do your kids help out? my kids all help in the house. how are you feeling? how many kids are you planning on having?

soontobemotherof5 - September 16

Hi Betul, thanks so much for your help. It's always good to learn from those that have been there. All the best with the birth of your dear little babe,I would love to hold mine in a couple of weeks! but I just love being pregnant, I think there's nothing more beautiful for a woman to be preg and give birth!!I think when I'm 50, seeing a preg woman will still do for me what it does now!! your so right about the b___st straight after, it is so natural isn't it! I will be having a home birth again, I am so excited....take care and thanks again, enjoy number 6!!

Hi Jenn95! Amazing hey, so much likeness, and over the other side of the world too!! So your a New Yorker hey!! so do you speak english in your home? english with an american hint hey?!! Was your hubby born in Isreal? My hubby and I lived about 1 1/2 hours from each other, when we met! No, the cattle work isn't hard when your not Preg! we marked all the calves this week, so glad it's done till I've had the babe. The kids are a great help..we couldn't do it without them. They love helping pull out burr in the paddocks too, for a little bit of pocket money! We have wild pigs here, it is a real thrill to see them! We have a milking cow, and drink her milk, we grow organic vegetables when we can, and love it!! How many kids? hmmmm, maybe 6, we'll see! what about you?? I feel good, tired tho, recommend anything for tiredness? take care, hope your well..

jenn95 - September 19

hi. how's everything with you? i'm ok. i'm always tired but today i am soooo tired i don't know what's wrong with me. i slept all morning and i'm still tired. and you, doing farm things and cow things and home schooling on top of it- how do you it? yeah, my husband is israeli and no, we don't really speak too much english in the house. he speaks english ok, but we just don't. my kids understand english and speak alittle, i always have to remind myself to speak to them so they're learn , it's dumb that i don't teach them english at home, anyway they learn it in school. do you your kids know you're preg yet?

Hi Jenn95, Hope your feeling better today! maybe you have a little bug...I've just had a sinus infection, so that has slowed me up a little! I have beaten it now, all naturally! I love it when I can...I am just starting a mineral supplement called FrequenSea, they harvest it from the ocean, the clean unpolluted waters.I'm so exct_ted, thinking about how I will feel soon! I will let you know how it goes...I know I need something now, especially later also!We have to keep on top, once you go under, getting back up is sooooo hard with little kids.I also want to give my babe the best I can...I have taken minerals with all mine, and Raspberry Leaf in the last 3 months. Do you get back to NY much? Do you have family there in NY? Yes, our kids know, we told them at 15 weeks..they are so excited! You'd be poking out with twins hey? I have a pod now, well we ARE nearly half way! My clothes are just starting to not do up! My babe is growing and that makes me happy.... I have very good kids, they are very well behaved, and respectful, that is why I cope mate, I couldn't do it if they were full on! Have a great day! Smile at everyone! it makes you feel so good..and hey sometimes they can't help but smile back! Take carexo
