Hi. I would like to ask if any mothers out there have ever tried using the TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) unit for effective way to reduce pain during birth and was successful with it? i am trying to look at all options for pain relief. i am not that strong when it comes to pain!
