i am 37 weeks pregnant and for the past 3 days ive had bad lower back pain and pressure and lots of false contractions and diarrea ive had all the signs of labor but no real regular contractions. does anyone know if my labor is about to start?

I can tell you that for the past three weeks now I have had b-hicks, horrible back pain and tons of pressure on my cervix and my rectum area. My doctor told me the baby will be here this week maybe next. I am dilated to almost a 4 and effaced at about 50%. I asked my self the same question three weeks ago. With my daughter, I lost my mucus plug and started light contractions at about 4 o'clock and went to the hospital at 9 pm and she was born at 9 am. This one is completely different, more pain, more pressure, more misery but its all worth it in the end. Good luck ladies
