11wk SEVERE Pain Twins Help

I'm about 11weeks along with twins. I have had mild stomache and back pain for over a week with high fever (103-104) for 3-4 days of it. Saw the doctor who put me on some antibiotics and had me on an IV for a few hours to help lower the temp but today having severe stomache pains (can't walk-can't think-screaming-crying pains). About a year ago I gave birth to my son at just under 6 months and lost him due to lung complications. The pains I'm having feel a LOT like the ones I had during labor. Its not possible to have preterm labor THIS early is it? What could this be? Have a dr appointment in the morning... but the waiting is awful........ Help?

Catherine - I would be tempted to go to the emergency dept. at hospital to get their advice to be on the safe side. A high temperature can cause a miscarriage - hopefully not but I think you should get help asap. Maybe you could take paracetomal as well as the antibiotics to keep your temperature down. Hope you're OK.
