12 Weeks Pregnant Gotta Question

Hi...I am 12 weeks and 1 day pregnant. The other night I woke to find a red blood stain the size of a half dollar in my underwear. A couple trips to the bathroom and no more blood....It's been 2 days and no more blood or cramps. Well....I never had cramps to begin with. I had a u/s at 10 wks 6 days and was told the baby was progressing great...H/b at 161. Just wondering if anyone else has gone through this. I have a dr. appointment Monday morning....this will be my first baby and I am just stressing about the blood. Thanks for any answers...

Hi, no answer, just have very similar case, almost alike, and I was wondering about your outcome with the doctor. My next appointment isn't until the 22nd at 15 weeks. I called my doctor today, and unless I have cramps or pain, they won't see me until then. Was it a good result from doctor?

I actually had bleeding in my pregnancy early on, and it was due to a small hematoma in my uterus. The Doctors are monitoring me and everything seems to be okay and I am 12 weeks pregnant as well.
