13w And Dropping Hcg,doc Says Pending Miscarriage

At 8w I lost a few small clots,but fetus had heartbeat,my hcg was 210,000 and been dropping every week now 13w it's 80,000 ultrasound shows fetus fine heartbeat and 14w1d so growing perfectly but gyno,gp and midwives all tell me I'm going to miscarry and nothing they can do,I have on my ovary which I conceived from a 2cm cyst/questionable ectopic which obviously isn't viable. No one can give me answers other than my levels shouldn't have dropped and should be 200-300,000 and they haven't seen this before and everyone apologising saying I'm going to loose the baby,does anyone know of this happening and going full term or any info at all
