I've been having contractions on and off now for about 2 weeks, my mucus plug has come away but still only 3cm dialated. Is there something i can do to bring this baby on? I have a 2yr old that is suffering because i'm so tired and exhausted. I had to struggle to keep her to full term now she just doesnt want to come at all.

I am in the same boat. Thankfully my due date is next friday and no matter what i wont be going past that. My baby is two weeks bigger than my due date, so i am very much suffering. Hopefuly she will come before next friday. Walking is the only way I have heard of it. Or try having your Dr strip your membranes, it hurts but it might be worth it. Good Luck.

Try, carefully, either jumping off of a small stool or down stairs. Or try s_x.
