7 Week Embryo 6 Week Amniotic Sac

I am nearly 8 weeks pregnant and deeply concerned. Not only is my Dr. saying my baby is to big for the sac he is in, but I have been bleeding for 2 weeks the bleeding is getting stronger and I have stomach cramps and back pain. I don't want to lose my baby to miscarriage. My Dr doesn't know what to tell me, advice please!!!!!
