7 Weeks, So Confused! HCG?? No Embryo!

Can anyone please share their story or HCG levels?My HCG level was 113,000 last week and I was charted at 6 weeks. Yesterday the doc said I was 7 weeks, 2 yolk sacs found in 1 gestational sac ("possible separating membrane"), heart beat and fetal poles not yet detected. I'm very concerned by this and also because my HCG level dropped to 95,000 (still super high, but also confusing). I don't know what's going on :(I've read that when a singleton pregnancy reaches 100,000 HCG, the level begins to decline (usually around 8-10 weeks). With a twin pregnancy, can it decline earlier when 100,000 is reached? I don't know if I should worry about the decline because 95,000 is still very high?!3 options I guess: the HCG decline is normal, or I'll be losing 1, or losing both.Still in shock by all this and am just hoping for at least 1 heathy baby ;(Is it common to have 2 sacs (the mono di twins), and 1 disappear?
