I am 8 weeks pregnant and have been bleeding for a week. I have been to the doctor 3 times and the er once. I had 2 ultrasounds that showed a heartbeat and hcg levels tested that looked good. Then went to my doc and he tested my progesterone which was 9 - he said this was low and started me on prometrium but before I started taking it got another blood test. This test showed my progesterone went up to 10.5 but my hcg only went from 11,000 to 14,500. I have now been taking the prometrium for 2 days. Should the bleeding have stopped? I have also been off my feet for a week and going a bit crazy. I feel as if I am just waiting for a miscarriage. I am going for another ultrasound and blood test on Monday. I guess I will know something then. This is so frustrating.
