I am 20 weeks pregnant and I fell down my stairs today on my tail bone. I have not experienced any bleeding or cramping yet. Should I be concerned

I fell once during my 1st pregnancy, I was washing our dog and went to hang the shower head back up and slipped and my stomach hit right across the side of the tub. I thought my water broke because I was so wet. I went right to the hospital, they did a test by taking my underwear and putting a test strip on it if it turned a certain color it meant amniotic fluid. My water did not brake. They did an exam and checked the babies heart rate ect... Everything was fine! I hit the tub so hard though that I felt like I had an instant contraction, my stomach harden up real fast. Everything is probally fine with you, but it never hurts to make sure , than you will not have to worry. Take care!
