I started bleeding brown discharge about 4 days ago and went for an us, the doc said everything looked fine and the baby had a hb of 101. The next afternoon I started bleeding red blood, and have been since. I pretty much only see it when I wipe, with a tiny bit on a panty liner. Had an US yesterday, and the hb was at 83. I am 6wks give or take 3 days they said. Doc said it was low and saw some bleeding by the placenta..They said I have a 50% chance of miscarrying and put me on bedrest. This really scares me, has anybody gone through this and gone on to have a normal pregnancy? Thanks so much for listening

Amber, me too. EXACTLY! How weird!
Same with bleeding at placenta. They did not put me on bedrest though.
I am 9 wks and baby measured 5/12 to 6 weeks with 102 hb. I am also very low progestrone. Are you?
They put me on suppositories, and I have another u/s Monday.

Hi Amber. I went through this in February. Everything was fine until about wk 7 when I started spotting. I went in for an US which showed a baby a little over 5w with a hb of 81. The doc gave the baby a 50/50 chance. Upon repeat US 3 days later the HB went up to 91 and the baby grew slightly, but still not in normal range. 3 days later another US showed the baby no longer had a HB and about 1 wk later I miscarried. I had bleeding all along, from light to moderate then the full miscarriage. I was also on progesterone supp. I really hope your baby will make it! I just wanted to share my story, because I felt so alone without knowing if my baby would survive during that difficult time. I finally have the green light to try again! Good Luck!

I started bleeding this past Saturday and had an ultra sound on Sunday the baby looks fine and strong, but I was also told I have a 50/50 chance and was also put on bed rest, in addition my doctor prescribed hormones in suppsitory form,they are making me feel so tired dizzy and nausaus,,,keeping me in bed..I bless you that youll have a healthy baby...but we must remember that everything is for the good...I am a mother of six healthy children and this is my ninth pregnancy, it's painful to loose a child..even if it's just a fetus...good luck..stay in bed...

I am going through the same thing as well and i went to the doctor and she told me that she would run some test. i am not bleeding enough to were i need a panty liner but i do get a light tan discharged. the hb yesterday was 86 and i have to go back in a week. i am praying for you please pray for me. i am so scarred.

I WOULD DEFINETLY LISTEN TO YOUR DOCTOR(ABOUT THE BED REST) I HAD AN U/S YESTERDAY AND MY BABY'S HB WAS 178. HE SD. THAT WAS EXCELLENT, BUT I DID GO TO SEE HIM BECAUSE I WAS BLEEDING. HE SD. IT WAS OLD BLOOD AND COULD HAVE CAME FOR THAT I WOULD HAVE ORIGINALLY BEEN ON MY PERIOD. I'M SCARED FOR MINE AS WELL BECAUSE THE SAC SIZE IS A 2 WEEK DIFF. THAN THAT OF THE BABY. I'LL PRAY FOR YOU!
