Carrying Twins After Surgery And IVF

I have just become pregnant by way of IVF after surgical removal of two fibroids. The inner lining of my uterus was not incised but I would like to know if it is safe for me to carry a set of twins. If so, what things should I look for that would be signs of trouble.
