Chromosomal Abnormalities

How affective are the tests for chromosomal abnormalities? I might be pregnant and if so I would be a high risk for chromosomal abnormalites since my boyfriend is being treated for leukemia with chemotherapy drugs.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

This is something to talk with a geneticist about, if you find out you are pregnant. Your doc will refer you to someone. I wouldn't bank on any answers or advice here. Seriously, this is too important. Good luck and I wish your boyfriend good health. We have a close friend that is going through a similar circ_mstance and it breaks our hearts. XOXO
