I think it does.... tell your husband to get help before you start trying. I would not take any chance.

Check internet sites to answer this question. I know taking drugs do lower the man's sperm count if it does affect them them in that way then there may effect the phetus because it is better to conceive with the most healthy of spem. Try to persuade him not to take drugs because you will want a responsable person to bring up your baby and not one who will be under the influence of cocaine.
