I been going to one hospital until after an hour and half long wait for one appt I decided to transfer to another. On my first visit to the doctor, she checked my cervix. Turns out, I'm 1 cm dilated and I'm only 26 weeks along. Should I worry? What should I NOT do to prevent dilating any more?
