Does Anyone Have Any Suggestions

I took a HPT because I was having cramping and weird, light periods and I tested positive. So I should be about 3 months pregnant, but I still get my period, even if it’s darker than usual. And I have horrible cramps all the time, but I can still make it to work most days, but I feel nauseous and tired. I don’t know if I’m pregnant now or not. Does anyone have any suggestions? Does this sound like a tubal pregnancy?

I don’t know if it is, but from what I know about them, tubal ectopics are usually so horribly painful that a woman would have a hard time ignoring the symptoms for three months. Since you say you still make it to work, it seems unlikely, but I’d still go get checked out, just in case. You want to rule out any possibility of TE or of a cyst on one of your ovaries.

Some people say it is normal to get a period through the whole pregnancy, I would speak to a dr and get tested with bloodwork to confirm pregnancy and start prenatal care. The dr could order a ultrasound to make sure everything measures out right and there is a heartbeat....there should be at 3 months. Nausea is a good sign in pregnancy as bad as it feels, it is a good sign of high hormone levels.
