I'm 29 weeks pregnant. Ever since about my 10th week, I've been feeling very light headed and fell like I'm going to pass out. I get extremely hot and I need to sit down in front of a fan with some water, am I anemic?

I get the EXACT same thing.I'm really confused at what it is too..because I've had problems with my iron levels before but the doctor has not mentioned it as a concern or asked for any more blood tests.Last monday she said my blood pressure was up though and put me on bed rest, could this be a possibility for you?
