My 1st HCG level was 320 but the 2nd one after 48hours was 461. Is this normal or something to be alarmed about. Please help.

That is a good sign if it is climbing...the further you get along the higher it should climb. If your hcg goes down thats bad mine was 13,000 one week and went down to 5000 the next nad then I misscarried. They told me it rises frequently and could even double in a week. The hcg goes down when the uterus lining starts to decrease and then you misscarry.
