At 39 weeks I relaize I have made it a LONG ways & am almost near the end, but I still stress about something going wrong with the pregnancy & the baby not making it, I keep hearing people talk about how something can happen in the last weeks & resulting in stillbirth, but never hearing how you can prevent it or what signs there are, any lack of movement from my baby I worry, but I feel an elbow or a knee roll around my stomach every now & then but it doesn't always help, I'm so scared about losing my baby...is it really as common as people say & how do you know if there is something wrong, like I have read about internal bleeding so you wouldn't know till it's to late & the dr would be telling you @ appts that things were fine...this is weighing so heay on my mind, I'm so sorry, but I just can't get past it...

I'm sure you've had your baby by now (Congrats!) but just to ease your mind. I had the same fears, but all went well with both of mine. At this point you should be going to the Dr. every week and he is monitoring the baby. Ask him how to effectivly monitore your babies movement so that you feel more relaxed, this will also help the baby.

Hi .. nope there is no baby yet ... it's a stubborn one just like me ... I am going to the dr every week & he says it could be anytime, I still worry about the outcome, cause you never know what can happen, but now I'm getting nervouse about the labour portion as well ... I guess we never know, I have my Faith in God & I'm praying things go well .. we'll see soon cause the dr said he won't let me go past the 18th ... thanks for the advice ... it's always helpful to know other people feel the same way ... Good luck & thank you =)
