I Fell Down My Stairs Now Im Spotting

i fell down my stairs 6days ago,&the day after i started spotting for only 1day,now the spotting has started back up.I am also having alot of painfull backpain with some mild cramping in my stomach. Should i be worried?

how do you fell when you know someone you love and trust and they nutted inside you? i mean how do you know if your pregnant or not? how do your stomach suppose to fell?
