I Think This Is A Misscarige

Today I woke up and I had what you'd call a "heavy Period" I am 6 to 8 wks pregnant I went to the Hospital and my HCG was 1600 it was the same 2 days ago. When I went to the bathroom I had blood clots and one of them was more "tissue" and at the end of it was a small water bubble with a yellow center that looked like the shape of a shrimp. The ER doctors sais my ultra sound looked "normal" but the radiologist said she did not see anything in my uterus. In my heart I feel that 99.9 % it was my baby I saw do you agree?

Would there be possible that you were carrying twins?

Do you have somewhere else you can get a second opinion? Or can you talk them into doing another ultrasound and showing you the embryo?
