I keep feeling a vibration inside my lower pelvis...am 23 weeks pregnant. Never felt this with any other pregnancy. Any opinions?

Im sixteen and had s_x once, but i was a smoker and drinker and the last few months i have put on weight, crave oj all the time, gag all the time on things i never used to, and my body feels different then it used to, can i be pregnant or is it just my hormones changing as a teenager?
