LH Levels Whilst Still Waiting For Miscarraige

Told last week that our baby's heartbeat could not be found (7 weeks gone) Last week it was there. Chose to take its course and let the baby pass naturally. Have had dull aches in abdomen sometimes quite sore but no bleeding. Has been 5 days now. But tested using ovulation kit and have found that for today and yesterday have a positive for ovulation. Does anyone know why? No pains today at all since early morning.
