My husband and I just found out we are 5wk 5d with twins! It is our first. Early bloodwork said low progeterone (taking supplement) and at the ultra sound the heartbeats were 94 and 96....Is it still early? We won't find out more for 2 weeks!

That's just on the borderline of "low" (under 100) but it's still early and it's twins. When I was pregnant with my twins none of the normal standards seemed to apply, and twins develope at different rates than singletons. So, I wouldn't worry too much, best of luck and I hope you get good news in 2 weeks.

Thanks for your response. I am trying to be hopeful. Everyting else in the exam was positive (yolk sac, uterus size) The doctor said he was optimistic. It is just tough to think of any problems! Thanks again for the kind words!
