I went to the doctors like two days ago and they measured my uterus with the measuring tape and came back at 26 cm and I'm 28 weeks pregnant and that whats it suppose to be 28 cm

Dont worry too much about that they are usually at some point a little bit off...your baby may be a little on the small side...2 weeks is not a big difference...I would talk to the doc...if he/she is concerned they can send you for a sonogram to get the baby measured and weighed(which is still not 100% right) and make sure everything is going along as it should be....good luck

It could also be that you have a low amount of amniotic fluid.
