Miscarriage With No Bleeding

I read that it's possible to miscarry without bleeding. If this is the case, what are the other symptoms? I read that the br___ts may return to their pre-pregnancy size and state, ie not tender.
Would bad skin, ie an outbreak of pimples after having had very good clear skin early in the pregnancy be a sign, and/or if the belly no longer seems as large?

i didn't think you can misscarry without bleeding. but you can have a missed miscarriage - i had one and didn't bleed and carried on growing apart from embryo staying the same after about 8 weeks. i was very tired but felt sick, b___sts kept growing etc. a scan is the best thing to do if you think you might have had a misc. hope you are ok girl. keep us posted

I had a m/c with no bleeding so it is possible. I was 6wks pregnant and I had a little spotting went into er they did a pelvic told me my cervix was closed and that I should get an ultrasound done, so I had it done the next day and I saw a heartbeat but it was only about 50 bpm and I was told that my baby was not going to make it. I had to wait 10 days and then get another U/S done which showed no heartbeat but still no bleeding. I waited a week after finding out that there was no heartbeat to see if I would start to bleed and when that didn't happen I had to go in for a d/c.
