POS Preg Test Then AF Showed Up

Anyone every have this happen? I have had 2 miscarriages...and now this is my 3rd. Although it is less like the others in that it came in the form of my period so I wasn't too far along. Still a loss all the same. I am starting to wonder if I will ever have a baby. I am sad and scared. Has anyone had this and then a happy ending?

This sounds a lot like a chemical pregnancy, where the fertilized egg implants (and prompts production of hCG so it shows positive on a HPT) but the appropriate cell division doesn't happen and the products of conception expel with your menstrual flow. Still very much a loss (I've had 2), and I'm sorry you're going through this now. After 3 (sometimes 2) Dr.'s will run a recurrent miscarriage panel, basically a bunch of blood tests to see if there's something with your uterine environment, etc., that is contributing to the losses. Have you talked to a Dr.? My testing all came back as normal, and I'm now 18w6d, so there are happy endings (knock on wood!). Best of luck.
