Period Or Spotting Not Sure I M Pregnant

I have very regular periods. Missed it this month, though this morning I'm bleeding lightly (13 days after my period usually starts). Unsure if I'm pregnant yet; pee tests aren't positive, but the nurse said that's not definitive. At this point, is this probably a regular period, or is there a chance that I'm pregnant?

I am going through the same thing! With my first child I got negative pregnancy tests. I think this one is etopic because I have all the symptoms but yet my doctor doesnt listen and keeps on giving me pee tests!!!!!! Good Luck and Find out asap

I experienced the same this morning, although it seems to have stopped now. I am 15 days late for my period yet all HPT have come up negative so I'm not sure if it's a proper period or an implantation bleed?

2 days before my period was due i started spotting, pink at first then brownish,it stoped and then the next day started again but redish very light, i also got alot of cramps like i normally do but bleeding was just very light to medium. It went on for six days like a normal period but was lighter and it seemed to completly stop at times then start again. I'm extremly tired all the time and I'm getting discomfort onmy pelvic area. what does this mean
