I an curious if it is harmful to use a tanning bed while pregnant.

i would stop if you are i don't think its to healthy for the baby. if really concerned ask your doc.

there is radiation coming from a tanning bed, it is not safe to go in it if you are pregnant. Any form of radiation when you are pregnant can be harmful to your unborn fetus.

My doctor okayed it. He even said it would be benificial for me to have time alone to myself. He cautioned me to no more than 7 minutes.

my sister went the whole time while she was pregnant and she has 4 healthy kids, i dont think it would be a bad idea unless your baby hs something wrong with it, im no doctor just offering my opinion from experience and im 7 month pregnant and i go but not past 10-15 minutes self tan only makes you have discolored skin so i dont use that and i would never recomend it sincerely, maria from ohio
