I have light spotting (mucus tinged with brownish/pinkish blood) for 7 days now. It seems to be getting lesser and doesn't spot if I rest. I do not experience any cramping and the spotting has not turned into bright red. I am freaking out all the time as I have m/c before. Is this normal?
