Am supposed to be 12 weeks today, but am not showing yet, No pain and No bleeding. Am wondering if everything is ok.
Has anybody been in this situation and succeeded. kindly share ur experience

It is unlikely that you would show much at this stage so don't worry. Especially if it is your first-most women take longer to show with their first. But 12 weeks is early yet your baby is still very small. Some women don't grow as big as others too but that is normal. I'm sure all is well!
