What Is Going On Could I Be Pregnant

O.k... I have all the signs of pregancy except morning sickness. I am even lactating!!! I have missed a period and I am due for my second missed period in 10 days. I took 2 home pregnancy tests.. 1 came out negative.. the other a extremly faint postive ( you have to look very close!) The kicker here is.... I had my tubes cut and a piece removed and the ends sealed 7 years ago.. What is the chance that I could be pregnant!!! I am very concerned because I am on alot of medication for other things. How do I know if it is a Tubal pregnancy?? I have no pain except cramping like a menstual period occassionally? Can someone PLEASE HELP!!!! I am going crazy here!
