Cats litter can carry something called Toxoplasmosis... your cat might not carry it but just to be safe dont touch the cat litter or anything.

It's called toxoplasmosis. It only applies if you let your cat outside. Cats being cats will sometimes catch birds, eating raw meat, no matter the source, is how the cat contracts toxoplasmosis. You can be tested to see if you have ever had it, if so you have nothing to worry about. You can not catch it again. If you have not had it, can't be tested, or can't get someone else to clean the litter box wear gloves and a mask when cleaning the litter box. Wash up thoroughly afterwards, accidental ingestion of cat feces is how humans contract toxoplasmosis. You should also take care when gardening as strays or your cat might decide the flower bed is a purrfect litter box! Please excuse the pun--couldn’t help myself.

Do not take the chance if you have cats let someone else clean out the litter box.. That is were you can get toxoplasmosis from your cats urine and poop, I wouldn't take the chance with a cat to harm my baby, it is however carried on their poop and urine, I wouldn't even take the chance in wearing gloves and a mask to change the litter box it's to dangerous for your baby, good luck

Toxoplasmosis is not found in cat urine. That would really suck especially if your kitty liked to mark its territory. FIREEEL1, I have four kitties, so far so good, but do take the precautions.
