I am not sure of the exact percentage, but I do know that it is possible. They have medications and drugs that can prevent it from happenign though. I would talk to your ob. Also HIV can be trasmitted through b___stmild, so if you are HIV+ I would stick to formula feeding. If you don't know whether you are + or not, get a test done!
