does anybody know if a bad flu can cause much harm at around 7-8 weeks?

came on girls... i can't see my doc till this pm and getting really frustrated - did anybody have a cold/flu during the first few weeks of pregnancy? i cough so bad... i'm really worried

Eva you should be fine...there is nothing that they can do for the flu anyways...sudafed and tylonol...I work at a doc's office...flu has to simply work its way through your body and then out...thats what stinks about it...People get sick all throughout pregnancy, the cough will not harm the baby...it is well protected in your uterus...take care of yourself and keep your temperature down if it is high...good luck.

Cold sore's stink...esp. on ones nose...try keeping some vasaline on it...lol I'm feeling good...probably eating too much anymore but hey I'm the one that has to worry about the extra weight right...glad your feeling better
