Help Im just out of hospital after having an ectopic Pregnancy they removed my left tube and told me my right one was twisted and had a cyst at the end of it but they would put up a dye and if it comes out of the tube its ok if not they'll have to do a laperoscpy?? to reconstruct the tube! Im only 25 i have scarring frm chylamida and i have been trying to concieve for 3yrs and now this! im so scared and lonely that il never be able to have kids but by reading so many heartfelt stories i feel like Im somewhere that someone can help me by telling me wat i can do? When i went to the doc to tell her i was bleeding for 15days in a row she never even askd me to do a preg test she just put me on premnloit which stops bleeding but it didnt went to hospital following week cuz pain got so bad they did scan said i miscarried took bloods told me to go hme then rang me 24hrs later said HCG was 1300 to come back went back in agony did inner and outter scan found ectpic 11 weeks old Devastated from head to toe :( v sad n lonely

I have had one miscarriage,and 2 ectopic pregnancies. My second one was quite recent and i was about 6 weeks when i had to have laparoscopic surgery.Before i had surgery i was SO bloated that i looked like i was 4 months long.I was also bleeding and in alot of pain. So when it was time for me to see another doctor and another hospital,come to find out it was another tubal. The baby was growing inside of my right tube this time, as for my first ectopic it was on my left and only had to take methotrexate.While i was in surgery,the surgeon found out that i had about 2 pints of blood on my stomach. So NOW i got 2 damaged tubes and my doctor tells me only one thing. "keep trying" Is it possible to have a normal pregnancy after having 2 ectopic pregnancies,and having surgery for one? My husband thinks that we should not try no more, because hes worried about my health. I have to stepsons who i call as my own, but it would be nice to have a little one of my own. Its frustrating and upsetting when i feel like my body is an abortion clinic. i hate to say it but its how i feel. If any ladies who have gone through what i had to and who could ease my mind, it would be greatly appreciated.

Collette25-i wouldn't worry about it, if they do surgery on your tube and get all that scar tissue out of there and reconstruct the tube, its a very good thing. I know how you feel, and you should be glad that doctors are helping you. Unlike some who would just tell you to keep trying. good luck dear :) keep us posted

Hi losinghope, i lost the left tube n now they tell me the right is twisted and possibly not functioning im goin in 2 weeks to av a dye test done to see if its working thats what you should get to see if the tubes arnt blocked even if both tubes are removed if the ovaries are workin fine and utererus is in order you can do ivf or iui if tubes arnt badly damaged thereis a way to have kids so dont worry. when i get my results il let you kno my next steps but if my tube even has a 1% chance of workin im goin to have microscopic surgery its private but i wil find the money sumwhere. I will b a mam and im sure you will too xxxx

Pitbullmom, I'm in the same boat as you.. have you had any complications or anything to worry about? My doctor stressed to me that i needed to wait 3 months after the ectopic to try again. Was everything with your pregnancy and baby A OKAY??

i went through an ectopic 5 years ago, it ruptured my tube and was removed by emergancy surgery, i recovered well and since has had a little girl with a non stressful pregnancy, altho i have been able to have another child it doesnt mean it was just as easy to fall as last time. most women who have ectopic with a removed tube only have 60% chance of conceiving naturally. please dont tell people or give advice on such a subject that you clearly have done no research on. ectopics are serious and life threatening.

you can have a baby after ectopic. iv had one after having emergancy surgery on my tube to be removed. im now currently trying for my second child and im more than confident i will fall pregnant more often than not. it might be helpful for you and your partner to look at ovulation charts online as u could just be having s_x at the wrong times of the month. good luck to ur future

hie dorean ,so were u pregnant its been 2 yrs since your last post ,I m looking forward to hear from u .I ave joined recently.I had my left tube removed on 6th dec 2011 ,its been 5 mnths i think now its time to try for a baby .I am Very scared ...Some of the above stories have given me a hope and some has scared me like hell......what about u haleyleysenior did u get pregnant....!!!???

Hi ladies...it's been over two years since my post and I have finally decided that it is time to start trying again. Both my fiancee and I are weary of what may happen because I've had a miscarriage since my ectopic. We are both taking vitamins and I've been taking prenatal vitamins for about two months before we even think about trying to conceive. When I went through my ectopic I (we) were completely devastated...that's why we waited soooo long to try again...as for the miscarriage, I did not even know I was pregnant when I took a bad fall...so it wasn't as big of a loss because I didn't even know...although it was still a sad situation it was a little easier to accept. I haven't been able to take any form of birth control pill since my ectopic and my periods have been irregular ever since. I can go 45 days with nothing or even 30 days with nothing...but when I am on my period (sorry if tmi) it lasts about 10 days. I have begun to chart my body temprature with a basal body thermometer to help me track ovulation...but I'm hoping I'll have some good news to share this summer and give all you lovely ladies some hope :) My boyfriend and I also have different blood types...he's + and I'm - so I have to have needles every so often when I do get pregnant...I will keep you ladies posted :) Take care and best wishes to everyone.

Hello I had an epotic pregnancy in april and got pragnant again they removed my right tube and am bleeding again but no like before and getting slight pain on my left. can somebody please tell if they ever had this problem. and if so did you have another child with slight pain to the one tube left. reply

I am trying to have a baby with my boyfriend now it has been over 4 years since my ectopic which I lost part of my left tube due to the baby being so big. I want another child but have had NO prevail I need help on what to do too have another baby can anyone help me in what actions need to be taken?

Where do you find the HSG test I would like to see if my tube is blocked because I have cyst that grow on my ovaries & I had to take the Depo (birth control) the 1st time I got pregnant and it dissolved the cyst & then I found out I was pregnant a month afterwards but then I had the ectopic prenancy after I had my daughter Im so confused on what to do!

Hi MagnificentMe84 I got my HSG Dye test done in my fetility clinic but a lap n dye can also be done but this is surgery. With my HSG the doc free'd up my right tube so she said its now working fine so fingers crossed had it June 15th (11days after period ) and now period hasnt come it was due 17days ago ?? fingers crossed xxx

You need to get blood tests from both you and partner then bloods on day 7 after period and 21 days after period to see if u ovulate regularly and he need a fresh sperm sample, then a lap n dye where if a cyst or endimetriosis is present they can remove it the dye flushes out your tubes and sometimes free'd up blocked tubes, thats where im at now with mine hosp app 18th of July il keep posting as it goes on. Thank you we will surely try that I want just 1 or 2 more kids and we will be done I just dont wanna go thru another episode like last time.
