Getting Pregnant With An Enlarged Cyst

I have a history of getting large cysts. I had to have one removed by surgery. I was just told I have another large one again. The doctor told me that I really need to consider having children while I still can. Is it ok to get pregnant now with the cyst or is it better to wait unitl it is gone? I really want to have children. I don't know what to do. Help!!!

Hey confused...go ahead and keep trying now...when I found out I was pregnant I had a cyst that was 9cm...it grew to 12 before they drained it...that stunk...but they did it while I was 13 weeks pregnant and everything turned out fine...now almost 20 weeks and a healthy baby girl(they think)...the doc probably says try now because sometimes with cysts (expecially large) they will have to remove the entire ovary...which decreases your chances of pregnancy...you can still get pregnant with one ovary...so good luck to you...and have fun...
