I posted the other day about no fetal pole at 5 weeks and a hcg of 19,000. My hcg is 30,000 5 days later. My d&c is still on and i don't have anywhere to go for a 2nd opinion. Should i do 1 more sonogram before the surgery? Thanks!!

yes definitely!! I've read sooooo many other peoples stories about how they were scheduled for a d & c and they requested one last ultra sound before hand only to find a heartbeat. At five weeks, those are really high #'s which is good! Many women don't see anything on ultra sound till 7 or 8 weeks. Ask for 1 more Clare, just for peace of mind. I would. Best of luck!
