Hcgs Not Doubling Every 2 3 Days

Anyone out there have hcg levels that doubled like every 5 days and have a successful pregnancy? My levels were 2800, 5600, 12,000 then they went to 18,000 and 2 days later just 26,000. I'm very concerned. Last ultrasound dated correctly (6w2d) and they saw cardiac activity, but one doctor is very concerned about the hcg levels and the other dr. said don't get any more bloodwork done. we'll just do another ultrasound next wed. any of you have similar experiences? Also, progesterone dropped from 33 to 20, so they put me on prometrium and now it's at 75. Thanks for any input
